“God’s work. Our hands.” is the ELCA’s annual day of service and an opportunity to celebrate who we are — one church, freed in Christ to love and serve our neighbor. One of the greatest examples of how congregations share love with their neighbors is through their feeding ministries. St. John’s has, from the start, been serving a special lunch to the seniors in our community, some of whom often get little love.

Please show your love and volunteer. We need people

• who will BBQ hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken;

• who will donate side dishes like potato, pasta or other salads, desserts, etc.;

• who will set up, serve, and clean up.
