Community

One of the strengths of St. John’s is our strong sense of community. Relationships develop easily at coffee hour following the service, as well as at our special events such as the Lenten Soup Supper, the Thanksgiving Eve Pie and Prayer, and Mother’s Day Breakfast.

In celebration of the diversity of our community, St. John’s regularly celebrates different cultures and festive events such as Octoberfest and International dinners. Monies raised in these popular events have been used to fund schools in Swaziland, the local food pantry, malaria nets for Africa, and more.

Community plays a big part in the life of St John’s!

We wish to celebrate your joy in happy times and also support you during difficult times. We ask that you please notify the church office if you or your family are in need of prayer support and/or pastoral care.
