GOOD FRIDAY TENEBRAE SERVICE

"Tenebrae" is the Latin word meaning "darkness" or “shadows”. It is a solemn Good Friday worship experience focused on the passion and burial of Jesus, characterized by the gradual extinguishing of candles to symbolize the darkening world and Christ's death.

Members of the congregation will read the meditations on the Seven Last Words of Christ.
